Alegria Productions Inc. Ticketing Policy
Welcome to Alegria Productions Inc. ("API"). We are dedicated to providing exceptional event experiences. Our ticketing policy is designed to inform you of our practices and procedures as they relate to ticket purchases for events produced by API.
API organizes events at various venues which are not owned or operated by API. These venues have their unique ticketing vendors and systems.
For each event, API utilizes the ticketing vendors mandated by the respective venue. We do not have control over the choice of these vendors.
Adherence to Venue Practices:
The ticketing practices of the venues, including but not limited to sales, refunds, and exchanges, are binding for API events. We are committed to adhering to these practices.
Event Cancellation or Postponement:
In the unfortunate event of a cancellation or postponement, API will strive to issue refunds where possible, contingent upon the agreements with the venue and ticketing partners. If refunds cannot be issued, purchased tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date of the event.
No Refund Policy:
Unless an event is canceled or rescheduled, all ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for tickets under any other circumstances.
